Biography

Kalina completed her LLB (Law with German Law) at University College London in 2014 and BCL at the University of Oxford in 2015. She is currently a DPhil student at the Faculty of Law, researching in the area of labour law. In particular, her thesis analyses the trends of divergence and convergence in freedom of association guarantees in international and European labour law. Her research interests are in the areas of labour law, anti-discrimination law, environmental law and European Union law.

Kalina is currently a Teaching Fellow in employment law and tort law at University College London. She was previously a Graduate Teaching Assistant on the FHS Labour Law option at the University of Oxford (2016-2017) and a Teaching Fellow in environmental law at University College London (2015-2017).
