Konstantinos Sidiropoulos is a DPhil candidate and a tutor in competition law at the University of Oxford.
He is working under the supervision of Professor Stephen Weatherill, Jacques Delors Professor of European Law. His thesis focuses on EU competition law. Specifically, his thesis explores the influence of the constitutional and institutional peculiarities of the EU on the concept of abuse of dominance under Article 102 TFEU.
Konstantinos holds degrees from the University of Athens (LLB) and the University of Oxford (MJur and MPhil in Law). He has been supported by a scholarship from the Foundation for Education and European Culture for his MJur, while his MPhil was funded by an Onassis Foundation scholarship. He currently is a scholar of both the Onassis Foundation and the Foundation for Education and European Culture.
Konstantinos is an associate editor at the Oxford Business Law Blog.
He is also a fully qualified lawyer in Greece, and a member of the Athens Bar Association.
