Marco holds a Post-doctorate at University of Coimbra, Portugal, where he have researched the world constitutional protection on commercial speech. He also holds a Ph.D. in Procedural Law at University of São Paulo, researching on the role of the Brazilian judicial decisions on public health. He holds three post-graduations in Law and Decency, and he is Full Professor of the Institute of Administration Foundation (FIA) and other Brazilian schools. He is a member of the Council of Ethics of Brazilian Self-regulation Authority on Advertising (CONAR) and works for Globo Broadcast TV Network. Marco has published a book as a result of his doctoral thesis, has another one to be further published due to his post-doctoral research and several papers focusing on conflicts resolution, freedom of speech and advertising market. During his stay at the CSLS, Marco will research the paradoxes of the so-called "right to be forgotten" or "right to oblivion" and its implication to freedom of speech and information, for intimacy, privacy and human dignity.
