Marco Corradi is a senior research fellow at the Stockholm Centre of Commercial Law (SCCL) of Stockholm University, where he is hired on a full-time research basis thanks to a generous research grant of the Ragnar Soederbergs Stiftelse. At the SCCL, he directs the research panel on Comparative Business Law. He is also Gastprofessor at Europa-Kolleg at Hamburg University, where he teaches the substantive law of the EU.
Before moving to Stockholm Marco was a senior lecturer at Lund University, where he taught Comparative and European Business Law, EU External Trade Law, Maritime Finance and Takeover Law. He holds a JD summa cum laude from Bologna University, a PHD in Economics from Richard Goodwins Business School (Siena), and an MJUR, MPHIL and DPHIL in Law from the University of Oxford.
He does research on comparative corporate law and on EU competition law, with focus on the relationships between these two fields of the law
