Martin Bengtzen is pursuing a DPhil project at the Faculty of Law and the Oxford-Man Institute of Quantitative Finance analysing the design of disclosure liability in the capital markets.  He has previously studied law at Harvard Law School (LL.M.) and Stockholm University (LL.M.) and economics and business at the Stockholm School of Economics (M.Sc.), practiced corporate and securities law with a leading New York law firm, and worked in corporate finance for major investment banks and a global alternative asset manager.
