Tim Cochrane is an MPhil in Law candidate at the Faculty of Law. His research examines the impact of the US CLOUD Act regime on digital privacy rights in the United Kingdom and United States. Tim is admitted to practice in New Zealand, New York, and England and Wales, and recently worked as an international disputes lawyer in each of these jurisdictions. He previously graduated with LLM(Dist) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and LLB/BA(Hons) from the University of Otago.
