More than half of the staff of the faculty have an interest in the theory, law and practice of human rights.  Research interests range from a wealth of constitutional and political theory relating to human rights, as well as the rights of terrorists, political extremists, minorities, and refugees to those of workers, women, consumers, business corporations, and property owners.  Human rights law functions at many levels from national constitutions and statutes like the Human Rights Act 1998 in the UK to the European Treaties and International Conventions.  This page provides links to the research of all the individuals and groups who are associated with the faculty and are working in the field of human rights law.
