We will be joined by Prof. Victoria Adelmant, who will talk about her research and work on the deployment of digital ID and its mandatory linking to services such as healthcare and social protection. There will be a discussion on the Ugandan court’s recent decision on a case involving human rights enforcement, relying on economic and social rights provisions. The reading for the session will be circulated in advance.
