Litigating Rights: A Series of Conversations with Human Rights Litigators

Flagship Events at the Bonavero Institute

The Bonavero Institute seeks to foster robust and open discussion about some of the most important questions for constitutional and human rights lawyers in jurisdictions all over the world. We facilitate conversations between scholars engaged in human rights research and practitioners engaged in litigating and adjudicating rights.

The Litigating Rights conversation series invites experienced human rights litigators from around the world to explore the role and value of litigation in the promotion and protection of human rights.

The series runs in tandem with the Adjudicating Rights conversation series in which judges are asked to reflect upon the role of the judiciary in protecting and promoting rights in their jurisdictions.
