Imen El Amouri

Imen El Amouri is a PhD candidate at the Department of Criminal Law at Tilburg University researching state violence and the impact of policies and laws on the mental health of refugees in the Netherlands. Imen holds an MSc in Biology from RWTH Aachen University and a Msc in Global Health from Maastricht University. Imen has also contributed to teaching, served in various academic and institutional roles focusing on migration and human rights, and engaged in consultancies related to racial discrimination and minority rights. Imen is from Tunisia and currently resides in Brussels.
