Biography

MPhil in Law in Univeristy of Oxford (Oxford, UK, 2023-); Master of Intelletual Property Law in Renmin University of China (Beijing, China, 2020-2023); Bachelor in Engineering in People's Public Security University of China (Beijing, China, 2016-2020). She has applied several Chinese patents successfully during undergraduate study based on her engineering research achievement, generating the interest in intellectual property law. In Renmin University, she participated in three leading research projects under Prof. Guangliang Zhang's supervision considering Standard-Essential Patents, one of which were convened by Supreme People's Court of China. The title of her first master dissertation is The study on Legal Nature of FRAND Commitments in Standard-Essential Patents Cases. Her research interest is mainly in patent law.
