Conflict of Laws Discussion Group

The Conflict of Laws Discussion Group meets several times a term to discuss contemporary and challenging issues in the conflict of laws. Meetings are usually held over a light lunch, with discussion facilitated by a speaker presentation.

All interested members of the University are welcome to attend. Suggestions for discussion topics and speakers are welcomed by the convenor, Jonathan Saunders.

To join the discussion group list, please email conflictoflaws@law.ox.ac.uk.

The Group is generously supported by the Oxford Law Faculty and Twenty Essex.
