Intellectual Property Law Discussion Group (IPDG)
Intellectual property is rooted in patriarchal, neoliberal, and Eurocentric norms and principles. If we decide that we want to change this to address inequities in the legal system, we require ambitious critiques, reimaginations, and reconstructions of intellectual property law. In this panel talk, Professor Bowrey, Dr Kouletakis, and Dr Potočnik each present what this could mean for copyright, patents and trade marks from feminist and Afrocentric approaches.
