The Centre for Criminology is hosting an event for alumni, faculty, supporters and students in Oxford to celebrate the the Centre's 60th anniversary and the 25th anniversary of the MSc programme.
Thursday 1 October
The programme features four panel discussions on the theme ‘What is Justice?’ reflecting the Centre’s key areas of work, with plenty of time for Q&A and conversation. All speakers will be alumni of the Centre for Criminology, working across academia, justice, policy and beyond.
The panel discussion topics are:
• Criminalisation and punishment
• Criminal justice, sentencing and policing
• Families and youth
• Detention: immigration and prisons
Lunch will be provided.
There will be a drinks reception from 17:00 to 18:30.
