The University provides a wide range of IT services and support.
Manor Road Building IT Support
The Manor Road Building (MRB) IT team can assist with:
- PC logins
- Printing
- Software queries
- Network and connectivity issues

Central IT Services
The University's Central IT Services, based at 13 Banbury Road, provide support on a broader range of IT topics. They also offer a year-round IT Learning Programme, with a variety of online resources and face-to-face training courses, available free of charge or at a low cost for students. Additional IT Resources
The following services are available to all students:
- IT Help: Support with passwords, account registration, email, and other IT issues
- IT Learning Programme: Free courses to help you develop practical IT skills for study, research, and future employment.
- Remote Access (VPN): Secure access to Oxford-only online resources, including journals, databases, and past examination papers, from anywhere in the world.
- Printing Services: Standard, bulk, and large-format poster printing facilities.
- Online Shop: Discounted software, hardware, and IT consumables for University members.
Using Your Own Device
You are welcome to use your laptop or mobile device in the Manor Road Building. Before connecting to the University network, your device must be registered. Please contact the MRB IT Support team for assistance.
