Oxford's Public Law Discussion Group

A Forum for Discussing Public Law in Oxford

If you would like to present a paper on public law at Oxford, please contact one of our convenors.

The Public Law Discussion Group convenors for 2022-2023 are Raphaël Grenier-Benoit and Timothy Endicott.

If you have an idea you would like to bring to us, we would like to hear from you. We take a broad understanding of public law, including its doctrinal, comparative, historical, theoretical, and sociological aspects.

We attract distinguished speakers from all around the world,  and our community reunites graduate students and Faculty members alike. Speakers typically present recent publications or drafts. On this website, you will find information relating to our upcoming events, as well as to the speakers we recently welcomed to the PLDG.

We are grateful for support from Oxford’s Programme for the Foundations of Law and Constitutional Governance.
