Administration of the death penalty

Roger Hood and Florence Seemungal conducted for the DPP a statistical study of the kinds of murders that were recorded in Trinidad & Tobago and the extent to which they resulted in a conviction for murder and a mandatory death sentence: A Rare and Arbitrary Fate (2006)

Carolyn Hoyle wrote a report for the DPP on Unsafe Convictions in Capital Cases in Taiwan (2019).
