Registration

Registration for the conference is now open, via the University's online shop.  For the main conference, there are two price bands: the standard price (£240.00) and a discounted price (£155.00) for current students. The conference will be fully hybrid and delegates may participate in person or online, however, due to the high costs incurred by facilitating online participation, we are unable to offer a discount to those who wish to participate remotely.

The conference dinner will be held in the dining hall of St John's College on the evening of Wednesday 30 March. When purchasing a conference ticket, you will be asked whether you wish to also attend the dinner. The cost of attending the dinner is £45.00.

Current students may purchase for £20.00 a ticket solely for the postgraduate stream, which will be held on Thursday 31 March. Those who purchase a ticket for the main conference will be entitled to also participate in  the postgraduate stream.

Registration will close on 13 March 2022, but in person places are limited and early booking is therefore recommended.

Information regarding COVID-19 precautions
The organisers are conscious that some conference participants may have concerns about attending the conference in person. This is one reason why the conference will be fully hybrid. In addition, a range of measures will be in place throughout the conference to protect participants’ health. It is expected, subject to the need to adopt further or alternative measures to comply with the law, or the policies of St John’s College or the University, that the following measures will be adopted.

All participants will be expected to take a lateral flow test on the morning of the 29th, 30th and 31st March, prior to attending the conference.
The venue will operate at a reduce capacity (80%) in order to facilitate social-distancing.
The venue will be as well ventilated as it possibly can be. The main internal spaces are located around a courtyard. The doors to the courtyard will be kept open wherever possible and, weather permitting, delegates will be encouraged to use the courtyard during the breaks.
All delegates will be encouraged to wear masks in indoor settings except when presenting (unless exempt).
