The Future of Technology and Society discussion group is an inter-disciplinary group, and it welcomes readers from different academic backgrounds including but not limited to law, ethics and computer science. For each meeting the group circulates a new cross-curricular reading list and centers its discussion on some of the fundamental questions regarding definition and purpose of different types of technologies and their place and impact in society.
The group is convened by Jinghe Fan, Juliana Mota, Luz Helena Orozco y Villa, and Jyothsna Gurumurthy (2023-).
