Biography

Jinghe Fan is a DPhil in Law candidate. Her research focuses on the legal nature of algorithmic proactive measures by examining anti-discrimination law and personal data protection law in the UK and European countries, supported by CSC – PAG Oxford Scholarship. Her DPhil supervisors are Professor Sandra Fredman and Professor Jeremias Adams-Prassl. She is also a co-convener of the Future of Technology and Society Discussion Group.
