Dr Pol Cuadros Aguilera is a Visiting Scholar at St Anne's College, Oxford and Lecturer in the Philosophy of Law and the University of Lleida.
His research focuses on the Regulation of the Transfer of Human Biological Material and he will be presenting a paper titled "Should Blood Donation Be a Civic Duty?"
