Equality and Diversity Training for the Law Faculty

The University's Equality and Diversity Unit lists five different online training courses on its website, custom-built for Oxford staff. Each of these courses roughly takes 30-40 minutes to complete. They are well designed and broader uptake of these courses within the Faculty could significantly improve our selection decisions as well as the well-being of our personnel and our students.

The Law Faculty has classified these training courses as required, recommended, or optional for different categories of its staff, as indicated in the table below. Please follow these training norms as they apply to you. Upon completion of the requisite training course, please send a copy of your training certificate to personnel@law.ox.ac.uk so that it can be recorded on your personnel file.
