IECL Spanish Constitutional Law Lecture

On Thursday 29 February, at 5pm, in the Lecture Theatre of the Bonavero Institute for Human Rights (Mansfield College), the Institute for European and Comparative Law will host one of the "Fathers of the Constitution", the drafters of the Spanish Constitution of 1978, the lawyer and Catalan politician, Miquel Roca, who will speak on/La Constitución de los 45 años./It is one of the first times Miquel Roca has spoken outside of Spain on the topic, and his first time in the UK to speak about it.
