Medical and Family Law Student Collaborative (Odd Weeks)

Building on the success of our student-led events last year, we are now expanding our Student Collaborative into a social hub!

Every other Monday (odd weeks 1, 3 5 and 7) 6:30pm-8:30pm, we invite you to join us at Maddicott Room in Cohen Quad (Jericho) [Exeter College Offsite] for some drinks, snacks and an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals within your field and discuss your work or the latest developments in the field.

For Week 3, we are hosting a discussion of the judgment in same sex marriage equality case recently pronounced by the Supreme Court of India. The discussion would be led by Anjali Rawat (DPhil in Law Candidate) and Jwalika Balaji (BCL Candidate).

We will offer a brief summary of the key facts and findings in the beginning and then use a few key arguments for discussion. However, here is a helpful summary if you want to familiarise yourself.
