The third edition of John Cartwright’s Contract Law: An Introduction to the English Law of Contract for the Civil Lawyer (Hart Publishing, 2016) has been translated into Spanish and published as Introducción al Derecho Inglés de los Contratos by Thomson Reuters Aranzadi. The translation was made by Juan Pablo Murga Fernández (Law Faculty, University of Seville; Visiting Research Fellow of the IECL), and the edition was overseen by Professor Francisco Capilla Roncero (University of Seville). The new translation was presented at a book launch at the University of Seville on 13 May, at which John Cartwright also gave a seminar on "The English Law of Contract: Some Fundamental Differences from the Civil Law".
