Lavanya Rajamani's Hague Academy lectures have just been published online as part of the "Collected Courses of the Hague Academy of International Law" / Receuil des Cours.
The course “Innovation and Experimentation in the International Climate Change Regime (Volume 404)” reflects an understanding that has evolved through nearly two decades of experience and research on the international climate change regime. Lavanya says 'My insights into this regime have been challenged and tested by State practice, as well as by friends and colleagues who play a decisive role in the climate process, in international environmental scholarship, and in my intellectual journey.'
Courses at the Hague Academy are published in the Collected Courses, the Academy’s flagship collection. These contributions by prestigious authors deal with the theoretical and practical aspects of the subject, including legislation and case law.
