Jonathan Hell

Jonathan is a DPhil in Law candidate at St Anne's College. His research, supervised by Professor Dapo Akande and generously funded by the AHRC, explores the scope of the prohibition of the use of force in Article 2(4) of the UN Charter in the context of cyber operations.

Prior to his DPhil studies, Jonathan completed his LLB at University College London before reading for the BCL at Regent's Park College, Oxford.
