EURO-EXPERT was based at the University of Oxford from the 1st October 2017 to 29 February 2020 and moved to Paris Nanterre on the 1st March 2020.

EURO-EXPERT empirically investigates the use and impact of cultural expertise in fifteen European countries: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. In-context data are collected through ethnographic fieldwork conducted by a modular team trained to mixed methods.
