Professor Kenneth Simons (University of California, Irvine) will be presenting a paper on Actual, Apparent, Hypothetical, and Implied-in-Law Consent in Tort Law from 1:00pm to 2:00pm BST in the Lee Shau Kee Scholars Seminar Room A (LSK A) at Wadham College.
