Dr Tobias Bachmeier and Dr Martin Freytag will speak to the Discussion Group on Thursday 25 November about their work on Articles 33 and 34 of the Brussels I Regulation (recast), including their relationship with the common law doctrine of forum non conveniens and their compatibility with the continental European approach of a rigid jurisdictional regime.
The event will be held at St Catherine's College (room TBA). It will begin at 12pm and conclude by 1pm.
