Latin American Centre and Oxford Brazilian Society present "Coffee and Science" with Dr. Ary Oswaldo Mattos Filho.

Dr. Ary served as the Chairman of Brazil's Securities Commission (CVM), a judge of the Administrative Court of Taxes and Rates of the State of São Paulo, a member of Brazil's National Monetary Council (CMN), and the President of the Federal Commission for Fiscal Reform. He currently serves on the board of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Ary Oswaldo was a visiting scholar at Harvard Law School and he is a former Dean and is a current senior professor of the Business School and the Law School at Fundação Getulio Vargas. He is founder of one of the most important law firms in Brazil: Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados.
