The Oxford Martin School on Human Rights for Future Generations Programme in partnership with the Oxford Human Rights Hub is pleased to celebrate International Human Rights Day on December 10 by participating in The Law Society’s Human Rights Week series of lectures and seminars to celebrate human rights. Both Cameron McConnachie and Jason Brickhill from the Legal Resource Centre (South Africa) will be speaking on the ground breaking cases the LRC has pioneered in South Africa on the right to education and on the challenges of enforcing remedies to socio-economic rights cases.
