Trademark Law and Its Challenges 2014

The Fifth annual trade mark law symposium hosted by the McCarthy Institute for Intellectual Property and Technology Law and Microsoft Corporation will take place outside the United States for the first time, at the British Library, London, and will be co-sponsored by the OIPRC and the International Trademark Association.  Keynotes presentations will be made by Professor Graeme Dinwoodie and by Etienne Sanz de Acedo, Chief Executive Officer of the International Trademark Association (INTA).  Schedule and registration coming soon at www.mccarthyinstitute.org.
