After a number of very successful events which took place annually from 2016 to 2020, we are delighted to announce the VI Oxford Arbitration Day.
It is co-organised by the Commercial Law Centre (Harris Manchester College , University of Oxford), the Oxford International Arbitration Society, and the Educa Foundation .
The full-day event will discuss important issues related to international arbitration with specialists from all over the world, divided into four panels:
- Cybersecurity and International Arbitration
- The View from the Client
- Arbitration in Emerging Markets
- Arbitration, Energy and Climate Change
The keynote speech will be an interview with Lucy Reed , conducted by Pedro Maciel .
