Hayley Hooper appointed as Foreign Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel

Hayley Hooper has been appointed as a Foreign Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel, where she will be clerking for Supreme Court Justice Neal Hendel from January-July 2015. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the decision-making of a foreign court at the highest level which draws heavily upon comparative UK and US jurisprudence. The application process was international and highly competitive. Hayley is 'delighted' to have been appointed and is 'looking forward to advancing her theoretical knowledge in this unique practical context.'
