Defences in Unjust Enrichment Workshop

A conference entitled Defences in Unjust Enrichment was held in All Souls College on 9 and 10 January 2015. The proceedings of the conference will be published by Hart Publishing in a collection edited by Andrew Dyson, James Goudkamp and Frederick Wilmot-Smith. This conference was the second in a series of four concerned with defences in private law.
