Position Description
Broad range of Centre administration including:
- supporting the team members with internal processes, eg travel expense claims
- project administration and finanical tracking for one project
- seminar/workshop/conference planning for the international team and specific project,
- managing mail lists related to team projects
- website updates
- managing academic affiliate data and organising the Visitor process
- stationery orders, tea/coffee and milk supplies, etc.
Imogen works part-time during term time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am - 3pm.
