Position Description

Broad range of Centre administration including:

  • supporting the team members with internal processes, eg travel expense claims
  • project administration and finanical tracking for one project
  • seminar/workshop/conference planning for the international team and specific project,
  • managing mail lists related to team projects
  • website updates
  • managing academic affiliate data and organising the Visitor process
  • stationery orders, tea/coffee and milk supplies, etc.

Imogen works part-time during term time on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am - 3pm.
