Miriam Allena

Biography

Miriam Allena is Assistant Professor of Law at Bocconi University in Milan where she teaches Administrative Law and Public Procurement Law. Her researches currently focus on ECHR and its relevance for the administrative procedure and trial from a socio-legal perspective. She is also interested in the application of public law principles to the powers exercised by private entities, especially in the field of social housing and in the analysis of the principle of legality governing administrative powers in environmental law. Since 2012 she has been member of the Baffi Center on International Markets, Money and Regulation, RULES (research Unit Law and Economics Studies), Bocconi University.
