If your event involves the use of slides or is planned as a hybrid event, we strongly recommend involving the AVSS/IT team to ensure a smooth setup and avoid any technical disruptions. Their support can be invaluable in managing audio-visual equipment and hybrid meeting tools effectively.

If you require AVSS/IT assistance, the Events Team can submit a request on your behalf. Please note that events scheduled outside of term time, on weekends, or outside normal working hours may incur additional charges. The Events Team can also help request for a quote.
