Climate and Health Pump-Priming Fund
Deadline: 24 November 2021
The Climate and Health Pump-Priming Fund is open to researchers from all four Divisions, offering pump-priming grants up to £15,000 to build inter-disciplinary or cross-divisional collaborations in the area of Climate and Health.
Any project undertaking research at the intersection of climate and health will be considered. The health benefits of solutions will need to be highlighted in all applications. The Fund aims to build capacity and new collaborations (particularly cross-divisional/inter-disciplinary collaboration) in this area and position Oxford researchers to apply for funding from Wellcome, Horizon Europe and other funders who are investing in Climate and Health.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants must be independent researchers who have responsibility for developing and leading their own research agenda.
Applications are welcome from Early Career Researchers who meet these eligibility conditions and their department/Faculty would support a research application to an external body in your name as principal investigator. College-employed Junior Research Fellows should contact the Fund Administrators to check their eligibility. You are not eligible to apply if you are: a student; postdoctoral fellow; an honorary or visiting member of a department
Applications are open to all academic divisions of the University of Oxford.
How to Apply and Deadline
Please submit your application online via the Internal Research Award Management System (IRAMS). The application deadline for the Climate and Health Pump-Priming Fund is Wednesday 24 November, 12pm.
