Dr Lewis Graham teaches law at Christ's College, Cambridge. His research focuses mainly on public and administrative law, including human rights law and the law of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). He is also interested in judicial behaviour and has published a number of empirical works on judicial decision-making in different contexts.
