Lord Nicholas Wilson has dedicated most of his life to practising family law, first as a barrister for 25 years, then as a High Court judge of the Family Division. He remained there for 12 years before moving to the Court of Appeal and finally the Supreme Court. He will be discussing his experiences of handling the difficult disputes which arise in the family courts in relation to children.
