A comparative analysis reveals groundbreaking technological applications in European and worldwide courts' proceedings, spanning from electronic case managmeent to blockchain-enabled judgment delivery and enforcement. These advancements include videoconferencing, digital evidence handling, electronic cross-examinations, and virtual site inspections, all contributing to a more efficient and accessible justice system. The evolving landscape of justice in the digital age is further shaped by the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in legal processes. Through these insights, the research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the evolving landscape of justice in the digitial age and to propose a new and improved approach to adopting these technologies and capitalising their benefits in dispute resolution.
