Revival of the Child Rights Discussion Group

The Faculty of Law is pleased to relaunch the Child Rights Discussion Group with the support of the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights and the Family and Medical Law and Ethics Discussion Group. We will begin the session with a presentation by Dr Clara Chapdelaine-Feliciati on The Status of the Girl Child under International Law based on her recently published book under the same title, with discussion by Prof Jonathan Herring. We will then hear from three of our fantastic postgraduate research students who are engaging in diverse and important branches of child rights. The day will conclude with a talk by Prof Guangxing Zhu on Child Rights in the Age of Generative AI.
