Marie Skłodowska-Curie 2017 Fellowships workshop

Wednesday 19th July – 10.00 am – 12.00 pm, Wolfson Seminar Room, Chemistry Research Laboratory, South Parks Road Please note it is not aimed at applicant fellows.

The Research Services European Team will be running a workshop next month for University staff supporting 2017 Marie Curie individual fellowship applications.

The purpose of this workshop is to share knowledge and to bring together departmental staff who support Individual fellowship proposals plus academics who will act as supervisors to the applicants.  Please note it is not aimed at applicant fellows.

The intention is to supplement the support which is already given in Departments and through the Research Services specific guidance which can be found on the Gateway to Europe website. The European team has analysed a large number of evaluation summary reports from 2016 applications and liaises directly with the UK Marie Curie National Contact Point (UKRO). We will bring feedback from previous applications which is directly relevant to specific sections of the application.

The workshop’s primary concern will be with European Fellowships although we can touch on Global Fellowships if there is demand for this. We will concentrate on the application form and evaluation criteria and it will be suitable for all subject areas.

The workshop will be interactive and we will encourage questions and active participation.

Please complete the doodle poll below to register your interest as this will help us tailor the workshop based on the list of attendees. If you have any areas you would particularly like to see covered please let us know by email (ecresearch@admin.ox.ac.uk) by the end of June.

Please pass this information on to all those in your Department/Faculty who you think should see it (bearing in mind that the intended audience is not the applicant fellows).

The workshop date and venue is:
