Oxford Martin School Building Back Better – Rapid Response Grants

The Oxford Martin School will support a small number of short-term projects (duration of up to a year, cost of up to £100K) for groups that have ideas that can contribute to 'building back better' after the COVID-19 pandemic. They are looking for ideas where modest short-term investment can make a difference in the immediate post-pandemic world.
This call is not intended to support basic research but to support projects that have a clear pathway to implementation, particularly those that cannot be funded through other routes. Applicants must be permanent academic members of staff. See here for further details.
It will be a two-stage process as follows:
- Deadline for expression of interest (2 paragraphs, no budgetary info) - 10th December
- Requests for full proposals - 18th December
- Deadline for full proposals (2 sides plus budget) - 15th January
