Grade 5: £25,482 - £30,395 per annum

The Faculty of Law seeks to appoint a fixed-term Research Administrator.  The Research Administrator will work under the direction of the Research Facilitator and the primary role will be to support pre-and post-award management of a portfolio of the Faculty’s grants as well as supporting the Law Faculty’s Research Support Fund and some more general research-related personnel and finance functions. 

Applicants must have recent experience of financial or research grants administration, be able to create reports, analyse and understand financial data with the ability to identify anomalies;  be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) who is also adept at working independently;  have a high level of literacy and numeracy skills and a good general level of education including Mathematics and English (grades A* - C) to GCSE or an equivalent standard.

This is a full time, fixed term post and would make an excellent secondment opportunity.
