Stipendiary Lecturer in Law (Christ Church College)

Christ Church invites applications for a fixed-term Stipendiary Lecturer in Criminal Law and Tort. The appointment is available for the period 01 September 2021-30 August 2022. This is a temporary, fixed-term position to meet a standing need.

The salary will be in the range of £13,756-£15,471 per annum (current rates), according to qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will be expected to deliver an average of six hours per week of high-quality undergraduate tutorial teaching in Criminal Law and Tort.

Applicants should have evidence of the skills needed for higher education teaching in tutorial or small group settings, a research record commensurate with the stage of their career; and have, or be close to completing, a higher degree in Law, such as the BCL, LLM or a doctorate.
