How to develop an automated transcription service fit for transcriptions in courts? In this workshop, we will look at the practical difficulties and technical challenges that are associated with this question in the context of English courts. Together with Emily MacLound and Sophie Walker of JUST: Access (JUST: Transcription) we will look at sample audio files and existing solutions for their automated transcriptions in order to work out new ways of addressing the problem.
The event will begin at 1.30pm. A sandwich lunch will be provided from 1pm.
