A series of recent judicial decisions at the Superior Court of Justice have concluded for the extensive interpretation of the copyright limitations established in the legislation, deeming it to be not a closed list but a flexible set of L&E, which is reinforced by both positive developments on the access to culture to people with disabilities as well a new Civil Procedure Code that formally establishes precedents as mandatory for future decisions. The presentation will focus on these changes and their impact on the interpretation of the limitations.
A light lunch will be provided. All are welcome.
